The stakes are high, there are moles within, and it all converges when the heart of America’s intelligence network is attacked. This attack has not simply affected America but every other nation sharing intel with the U.S. On October 8th, 2036, every screen of the FBI's Night Action division flashed together with one message: "SOVEREIGN FALL INITIATED." The events that followed have horrified all parts of the U.S. government and everyone involved. From CIA agents being compromised on top-secret missions abroad to presidential families attacked back at home, this security breach poses an imminent threat. Although much is still left to discover about the origins of this attack, it is well aware that Project Mirror and the Shadow Protocol were systems both made to help share intelligence within and outside the country. Now these same systems have been used to shut off that mechanism and only act as a threat to the nation while controlled by the moles. Delegates are faced with the difficult choice between pursuing the mole from within or handling the international crisis first. Who initiated this crisis? Why did they do it? And most importantly, what is to be done?
